Sharpn — Terms of Service

Effective date: September 6, 2026 · Contact: contact@getsharpn.com

These are the Terms of Service for Sharpn, an iOS app published by Ricky Kang (sole developer). By installing and using Sharpn you agree to these terms.

What Sharpn is

Sharpn is a daily 5-minute cognitive warm-up app — a morning ritual, not a clinical treatment.

What we do NOT promise:

If you have a cognitive concern, consult a licensed medical professional. Don't make health decisions based on app scores.

Subscriptions

Sharpn Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available as:

Prices shown are for the U.S. storefront; local pricing is shown in the in-app paywall and on the App Store listing before you subscribe. The following terms apply:

Your data

Sharpn has no account system or email-based user database. Your detailed exercise data and routine history live on your device. Limited service data, including subscription entitlement status, is keyed to a pseudonymous app installation ID as described in the Privacy Policy. You can permanently remove locally stored data via You → Settings → “Delete All Data,” or by deleting the app.

Acceptable use

Liability

Sharpn is provided “as is.” The developer (Ricky Kang, sole proprietor) is not liable for any cognitive, medical, or other decision made based on Sharpn's data, for loss of on-device data due to device failure or OS update, or for subscription disputes (governed by Apple's policies). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharpn's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for a subscription in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination & changes

We may restrict access for violations of these terms; you may stop using Sharpn anytime by deleting the app. If we change these terms we'll update the effective date above and post an in-app notice within 14 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the Seoul Central District Court unless Apple's policies require otherwise for subscription disputes.
